Senior Consultant

Responsibilties:
- Analyze business requirements and processes using appropriate methodologies and strategies.
- Determine or develop models and solutions that solve identified problems.
- Conduct research and discovery that contributes to solutions.
- Create, deliver, and coordinate various program elements focusing on objectives, often in dynamic environments using emerging technologies.
- Develop structured project plans, with continuous assessment of risks while balancing performance, financial, and schedule constraints.
- Communicate issues and status to clients that contribute to program success.
- Become client’s strategic partner while managing project team relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Experience in leading project teams in complex technology or development projects.
- Skilled in analysis, evaluation, systems integration, and business process planning.

- Systems analysis and design for HVAC systems.
- Life cycle cost analysis.
- Load analysis and equipment selection.
- Writing of specifications and technical reports.
- Good communication skills with Owner and Architect.
- Controls specification including schematics, sequence of operation, and summary.
- Field investigations for existing and new construction.
- Use of computers to perform engineering tasks.
- Completion of projects within the architect’s and client’s schedule.
- Prompt and complete response to project issues during design and construction.
- CAD and Revit MEP skills necessary to develop construction documents.
- Skill and care necessary to improve Buford Goff & Associates, Inc. opportunity to develop repeat work with client.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years design experience with commercial, healthcare, and educational design is required.
